This report investigates how the factory certification organisation Social Accountability International (SAI) and the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) dealt with complaints about labour rights abuses in the Tamil Nadu textile industry and whether their complaints systems meet the standards of the United Nations Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights.
